
“Oxygen” is a new innovative group fitness program for adults. The program will concentrate on core strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength and over all health. You will get to experience all types of training and your body will always be in motion. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun and completing the challenge. Our experienced team of fitness trainers will guide you safely and effectively to achieve your goals, whatever they are.

Program includes a before and after picture, fitness assessment, body fat/weigh in every 2 weeks, and a nutritional seminar. Next Level is located inside the Stratford Indoor Soccer Complex. Our world-class state of the art facility, experience and programs enable all aspects of physical fitness to be developed conveniently under one roof, all year round. Hi I have a couple of quick questions. My aunt and a couple of good friends attend your clinic and have recommended it to me. I was wondering what the dates of the next bootcamp are? Second when you say drop in to either the morning or evening class, does that mean you don’t have to go to all morning classes but can chose between the two each week? My husband works away all week and I can’t be sure from week to week if I can go in the morning or evening but if I had the choice that would be awesome. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
