Ken is advanced Level 1 certified and has coached at all levels in minor hockey, major midget and junior levels. Ken also has substantial experience with the Hockey PEI Program of Excellence over the years.

He is the Head Coach of the 2011 Canada Games team, 2007 Head Coach of Team Atlantic at the World Under 17 Championships. Coach MacDougall also scouts for the Moncton Wildcats in the QMJHL.
